(4) as regards the hotels without direct berthing, guest will be left in the closest place in the nearby of the hotel. This place will be indicated in the voucher and in the brochure. (5) Shuttle service will be provided for each arrival flight during the whole day. (6) at this moment our booking form works for only one way, if you require the return journey, please note it in "special needs" or book through our driver when you arrive. (7) our driver will wait for you at the arrival gate until 45 minutes after your landing, unless you warned us once you leave the arrival room, by telephone or in person, about the reason of the delay, which should not depend on you but should depend on circumstances beyond your control (like the loss of your luggage). (8) If you could not get the shuttle, you will have the possibility to take the next shuttle, that one reserved for the next flight (9) in case of flight’s delay our service will wait for you with no additional costs. (10) if your flight has been deleted because of circumstances beyond your control but you can arrive in any case with the next flight and you also can inform our booking centre, you will still have the chance to use our shuttle service scheduled for the same day, or you may use the same voucher the next day. (11) If you cannot benefit of our shuttle service for the same above-mentioned reasons , but you still have with you the already settled voucher, we will provide a refund of the 50% of the total amount of the voucher, after your explicit request (12) if you are not be able to arrive the pre-arranged day and (or) you do not inform our office at least 24 hours before no refund from us will be provided (13) you always have to communicate to our agency your telephone number, in order to be able to reach you in any moment for any urgent and important communication. (14) when your payment has been completed through pay on-line, your reservation will be confirmed successfully. (15) booking made through the driver or by phone is accepted only in the case of Shuttle Service for the return journey. (16) to benefit of the service you have to show the voucher (to the driver).
