1) To guarantee the performance of services required, for each reservation we send you
     confirmation message via e-mail or fax.
     Customer needs to do an advance payment of at least 30% of the total.
     We also require you to provide us all the data necessary to ensure service
     in the best way possible.
     Ex: Name, address, telephone number and mobile phone, exact place of service,
     any references to the flight date, time and exact date, destination address
     and any phone number, number of passengers, any children, persons
     with difficult mobility.
 
(2) In any case, our drivers are NOT allowed to accept reservations of return
     without booking, changes of schedule and address.
     So we recommend you to plan well your trip before booking.
     If happens any schedule changes, please contact us as soon as possible

     emergency, please send SMS message.

(3) Our emergency number is: +39 346 2352920.

(4) Please inform us for the oversize baggage such as:
     Bicycles, wheelchair, trunks, oversize suitcases, ski/snowboard.

(5) In the case of cancellation, less than 12 hours before the service,
     we’ll charge you the full amount.
     Less than 24 hours before the service, we’ll charge you 50% of the total of service.
     Less than 48 hours before the service, we’ll charge you 20% of the total of service.
     Reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the service without penalty.

(6) If the service starts at an airport and the flight is delayed, the driver
     will wait you and we guarantee your service without any extra fee.
     In the case that the flight is diverted to another airport, the driver
     wait you anyway, but all the amount of service will be charged.
     If happens, please contact the emergency number immediately and tell us how
     and when you arrivethe airport that you should have been arrived.
     Then we can arrange the driver that wait for you and you’ll have the same service
     that you booked, with an extra fee of waiting and night hour’s charge which
     depends on the time you arrive.

(7) No extra charge for night service.

(8) No extra hour of waiting or overtime requested by the client.

(9) Upon your arrival our driver will wait for you with a sign board
     with the name you specified.

(10) Our driver wait you one hour from the moment that your airplane will be landed.

(11) If happens any baggage claim, please contact our emergency number, or one of you leave 
       the baggage area to communicate directly with the driver,
       otherwise, our driver can wait you no more than one hour from the moment
       that your airplane is landed.

(12) For who arrives at the pier, our driver will wait you with the name board
       at the terminal you informed us.
       The driver will wait you for 45 minutes from your ship arrived.
       If we’ll have no information from you after 45 minutes, we’ll
       NOT be responsible to wait for you and all the amount will be charged
       because we consider it as a cancellation of the service.

(13) In the case of ship delayed, the driver will wait you for
       45 minutes from your ship arrived.

(14) All the price indicated on the price list include IVA (tax),
       fuel, highway fee and a driver meal during the service hour.

(15) Not included: Parking fee, ferries, tunnel toll, accommodation
       for the driver, and any extra meal for the driver.

(16) Our payment system are with major credit cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX.
       You can also use the pay on-line system of BANKPASS, which has guaranteed 
       safety by the Italian Banking Association.

(17) For each service we’ll issue regular receipt of payment, and confirmation
       of the service will be made via e-mail or fax.

(18) Our vehicles have a capacity of 1 to 8 passengers, with a regular license
       of rent a car with a driver.
       To guarantee your safety trip all our vehicles have regular maintenance,
       and all passengers are covered by insurance.

(19) Our drivers have long experience and are professional,
       but despite this, they may use GPS car navigation system.

(20) Every booking is included only ONE destination from the airport and ONE
       pick-up location to the airport.

(21) In case of the high-water in Venice or difficulty to reach to the accommodation,
       the transfer service is provided until the nearest point.

(22) On all our vehicles is prohibited smoking.

(23) The Shuttle services is available daily From 06.00AM To 11.00PM
